The Tech Law Section provides Oregon lawyers with timely legal discussions and continuing legal education, focusing on cutting edge issues relevant to the tech industry. We support innovation for Oregon businesses and government stakeholders by covering significant developments in tech law at both the state and national levels, including monitoring legislative and regulatory trends.
We are committed to delivering high quality and relevant information that helps our members navigate emerging areas of law and technology, with a special focus in 2026 on AI governance. Section members represent a broad range of practices and clients, including in-house counsel, government attorneys, litigators, transactional lawyers, intellectual property lawyers, privacy and data protection lawyers, cybersecurity and incident response lawyers, and digital risk and compliance lawyers.
